Page 47. B:232. Patrick Watson, 20 Nov. 1809, Jan Ct., 1810. Wife Ann and son Daniel to pay debts out of stock of land. To son Hugh a tract of land 50 a. (?) begin at my corner adj. Andrew Sprat to red back on W. side of S. Fork of Cane Creek. To son Daniel 50 a. square off upper part adj. above 50 a., a mare names Juel. Dau Elizabeth 3 shill, "if cawld" on. Dau. Ann 6 head cattle, bed, bedstead and furniture, saddle and bridle and wheel.Dau Sarah cow and calf, 1 heifer, bed and furn. and stead, one saddle, bridle and wheel. Wife Ann remander of land, 1 mare and remainder of household furn., balance of cattle, tools, hogs, sheep and tacklings. Crops growing to be for use of family that now lives with her. At death of wife remainder of land to two sons. Likewise Hugh and Daniel are to pay Patrick W. Carson $5 each to be paid in 3 years. "What is on the hands of John Lewis I give to my two daughters Ann and Sarah."
